Grisaia no Rakuen picks up right where the last season left off. Yuuji gets arrested on terrorism charges, and there's even video evidence that seems to prove he did it. He's locked up at Ichigaya. The thing is, Ichigaya knows he's innocent. The real problem is that Yuuji failed to kill Heath Oslo, the guy running a terrorist organization that's sitting on some seriously dangerous weapons. And honestly, Ichigaya has their own agenda for Yuuji anyway. But Yuuji's not completely screwed. The girls from Mihama Academy aren't about to let him become a political pawn, and there's also this mysterious person who shows up and might be on his side too.
