Synopsis

Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji find a stone marker for "Yi City" while traveling down a remote road. They decide to explore the abandoned place, hoping it'll give them answers about the cursed arm they've been tracking. Things get complicated fast. A mysterious cultivator shows up, and what started as a simple investigation suddenly connects to something much bigger—a conspiracy that could destabilize the entire cultivation world. Even worse, Jin Guangyao, the leader of the prestigious Lanling Jin Sect, is somehow involved. As Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji dig deeper into these tangled conspiracies, their allies start questioning what they're really doing. Suspicion spreads, and Wei Wuxian finds himself fighting an uphill battle to prove he's not the demonic villain everyone thinks he is. He needs to clear his name and stop whatever darkness is actually threatening their world before it's too late.
