Shiny Chariot is basically the coolest witch alive—at least to young girls everywhere. But as you get older, admitting you still idolize her becomes seriously uncool. Atsuko Kagari doesn't care about that. She's still obsessed with Chariot and enrolls at Luna Nova Magical Academy convinced she'll become just as amazing. Except Luna Nova turns out to be way less glamorous than she imagined. The classes are boring, the teachers are strict, and literally everyone makes fun of Chariot fans. Add in the fact that Atsuko's actually pretty terrible at magic, and she quickly becomes known as a troublemaker nobody takes seriously. Then a wild dragon shows up on campus ready to destroy the whole place, and suddenly Atsuko gets her shot to prove everyone wrong. It's all on her to stop it before the academy gets leveled.
