Two years ago, his childhood friend Jack Atlas stole his custom-built D-Wheel and his prized card, Stardust Dragon, then bolted from their rundown hometown of Satellite to make it big in Neo Domino City. In that time, Jack's become a top duelist in the city's booming Riding Duel scene—high-speed card battles fought on D-Wheels, basically souped-up duel disks on motorcycles. Meanwhile, Yuusei's been grinding away with his friends, finally finishing a new D-Wheel of his own. Now he's heading to Neo Domino City to track Jack down and get back what's his. What neither of them knows is that their personal rivalry is just the tip of the iceberg. There's something much bigger going on behind the scenes, and powerful forces are pulling the strings on both of them.
