Synopsis

The Ends' assault on Verlina was beaten back, but the war's far from over. Their monster armies are regrouping, the Black King is solidifying control over conquered lands, and conflict is spreading across Orte as the human forces struggle to hold their grip on the demi-human populations they've oppressed for so long. Meanwhile, Toyohisa Shimazu is still knocked out from the brutal injuries he took during the Verlina battle. The Ends keep getting stronger, humanity's facing threats from every direction, and things are looking pretty grim.
