Synopsis

Life in Ikebukuro keeps pulling its residents together in ways that feel almost inevitable. Mikado Ryuugamine is finally getting closer to what he's always wanted—an exciting life—but that comes with a darker price. He's consolidated power over a former enemy and now runs the Dollars like his personal project, trying to remake it into something better by cleaning house. The problem is it's harder than he expected, especially when someone he thought was gone comes back into the picture. Meanwhile, Izaya Orihara is still scheming away, though he's got competition now—a rival information broker has set up shop in Ikebukuro and keeps getting in his way. It's only a matter of time before everything spirals into chaos again.
