Gintama Season 4
Gintama°
The Yorozuya trio—Gintoki, Shinpachi, and Kagura—are back to their usual routine of scraping by on whatever jobs come their way. Living in an alternate Edo where swords are banned and aliens rule Japan, they're broke as always. Shinpachi and Kagura still haven't seen a paycheck, and honestly, Gin-chan probably blew it all at the pachinko parlor anyway. One drunken night, a spaceship crashes near Gintoki's apartment. A dying alien crew member hands him a strange clock-shaped device and warns him it's absurdly powerful and needs to be protected at all costs. Gintoki, being Gintoki, mistakes it for his alarm clock and smashes it the next morning. Cue the problem: time literally stops outside his apartment, and now he, Kagura, and Shinpachi have to figure out how to fix it—which, naturally, turns out to be way more complicated than it sounds. The fourth season keeps doing what Gintama does best: mixing ridiculous comedy with genuine emotional beats. Expect the gang to stumble through their most outlandish mishaps and their most serious situations yet.
