Synopsis

Five of the world's most dangerous death row inmates mysteriously escape from their prisons and end up at Mitsunari Tokugawa's private coliseum. They're all after the same thing: a real fight against someone who can actually challenge them. Tokugawa gives them exactly what they want—17-year-old Baki Hanma, who just won the most brutal tournament ever held, plus four other elite fighters hand-picked to match them. On the spot, they agree to a five-on-five battle with no rules, no ring, no restrictions. It can happen anywhere in Tokyo and whenever they want. What follows is an insane, anything-goes tournament as these fighters hunt for opponents worthy of their full strength.
