Oliva Biscuit is a US government assassin known for his absurdly durable body—he's basically a walking tank that shrugs off most damage. His most infamous move is rolling himself into an impenetrable ball of muscle (yeah, it's as wild as it sounds), then unfurling to grab and crush opponents like he's playing Pac-Man with people. It's grotesque and effective.
He crossed paths with Yujiro during a mission to take out a drug cartel leader, which didn't go particularly well for him. His whole character design, right down to his name, is a nod to Sergio Oliva, the legendary bodybuilder and three-time Mr. Olympia.
