Kanata attends the same school as Riki and serves as the public morals chairman—basically the person tasked with keeping everyone in line. She's best known for constantly chasing after Haruka, who's basically the school's resident troublemaker. Kudryavka actually stepped in to help her out by lending two of her dogs, Strelka and Belka, to patrol the grounds and track Haruka down whenever she inevitably causes chaos.
