Amane Hikaru—better known as Dabide or David—made a name for himself by basically carrying Rokkaku through a practice match against Hyoutei Gakuen's pre-regulars. He's clearly one of the team's best players despite still being in his second year, with an aggressive baseline game that's hard to deal with on court. Off the court, though? Totally different story. His doubles partner and senpai Kurobane loves to wreck him after he drops one of his terrible puns or lame jokes. No matter how serious and composed he is during matches, he can't hold his own against Kurobane's revenge attacks. The guy's humor game is weak, but apparently that hasn't stopped him from preferring girls with a good sense of humor.
