Kozue transfers into Suimei Academy as a second-year student early in the story. She's best known for rarely speaking aloud—instead communicating through what appears to be telepathic abilities. She's in the same class as Takumi and seems to have some prior connection with him. She goes by the nickname Kozupii, which she apparently came up with herself.
