Ayumi Tsuji started her voice acting career as an extra in Boukyaku no Senritsu back in 2004. She trained at Pro-Fit's Tokyo school after high school and officially joined the agency in 2005. After nearly seven years with them, she went freelance in 2011 for about a year and a half before signing with Mausu Promotion in September 2012.
In 2017, Tsuji announced her marriage to fellow voice actor Michiru Satou on July 7th.
