Kim is a Meister who specializes in magic and works as a lamp Meister alongside her weapon partner Jacqueline. She's best known for her obsession with money—a dependency that grew from being repeatedly cast out by both witch society and Shibusen.
Her complicated status stems from her own nature: she's a witch who deliberately chose to become a student to escape the witch assembly and their destructive lifestyle. Unlike most witches, Kim's magical forte is regeneration rather than destruction, which made her an outcast among her own kind. Ironically, Shibusen also rejected her for her witch heritage, leaving her with few places to belong. Money, she's come to believe, is the one thing that won't judge her.
