Aswa is Kohza's mother and Toto's wife. She's basically a background character who only shows up during the Vivi and Kohza flashback yelling at her son to come eat. Beyond that brief scene, she vanishes from the story—she's nowhere to be found in Yuba with Toto, doesn't appear to support Kohza during the Arabasta arc, and fans have been left wondering what actually happened to her. She never reappears in the series.
