Nagisa is a student in Class 3-E who gets seriously underestimated. Yeah, he's small and physically weak—actually weaker than a lot of the girls in his class—but he's hands down the most naturally gifted assassin the class has to offer. Both Korosensei and Karasuma have openly acknowledged this. What makes him dangerous is his ability to suppress his killing intent while closing in on a target, then hit them with it all at once to throw them off balance. He can unsettle someone just by releasing that pressure.
He's the type who keeps meticulous notes on Korosensei's weaknesses, catching the tiny details that don't seem important at first. Turns out those observations actually matter—his notes have led to situations where they've come frighteningly close to actually killing their teacher because Nagisa spotted something everyone else missed.
Outside of training, though, he's just a normal friendly guy. He's polite, easy to get along with, and you'd never guess the darker side of him unless you saw him in action. According to Karasuma, there's a stark difference: when Nagisa lets that assassin instinct loose, he's not holding back or practicing. He's actually trying to kill you.
