Synopsis

A single year can completely reshape who you are. For Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High, that year with Koro-sensei—their weird, octopus-like teacher—changed everything. Years later, former classmates Nagisa Shiota and Karma Akabane find themselves back in their old classroom, sifting through memories of the time that defined them. Walking through familiar spaces—the desks, the chalkboard, old class photos—brings it all flooding back. The strange setup where their tentacled teacher had dropped a bombshell on day one: kill him by graduation or he'd destroy the world. It sounds absurd, but it actually worked. That bizarre classroom taught them how to be "assassins" in every way that mattered, preparing them for life in ways normal school never could. And somehow, despite everything, that's the real legacy Koro-sensei left behind.
