Johnny's basically a happy-go-lucky guy, pretty similar to his partner Yosaku in that respect. He's usually the slightly more serious one of the two, though he'll goof around with Yosaku when the mood strikes. That said, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed—he's got a pretty dim side to him. What really stands out though is his cowardly streak. When things got dangerous with Zoro, Johnny didn't hesitate to bail and run off to safety with Usopp rather than stick around.
