King Cold is the father of Frieza and Cooler, and he's one of the tallest villains in the entire Dragon Ball universe. His look is almost identical to Frieza's second form—same basic structure, though his skin tone falls somewhere between his sons': darker than Frieza's but lighter than Cooler's.
Personality-wise, King Cold carries himself with a calm, high-class demeanor and polished mannerisms. He's arrogant and impatient like his son Frieza, and he clearly cares about his family—though he doesn't hide his annoyance when Frieza takes forever to actually finish off an opponent. Cooler's even said his father completely spoiled Frieza rotten.
