First Appearance: Manga Chapter 51, Anime Episode 15BFlears runs the World Supermen Association and is basically a parody of Lord Blears. He trained under God Von Erich back in the day, studying alongside Edith Harrison and Sheik Seijin.
What defines Flears is how much he genuinely cares about the choujin under his watch. He's passionate about making sure they get proper recognition and support—he even had a theme park built in St. Louis to prove it. Most of the time he comes across as pretty serious and professional, but like everyone else in the series, he'll occasionally drop the act completely and propose something ridiculous with total conviction. A perfect example: he once seriously suggested becoming Kinnikuman's tag team partner for a US tournament match, delivered with a completely straight face.
