Eiji Kanie
Born November 21, 1941 in Tokyo; died October 13, 1985
Eiji Kanie is best known as the original voice of Ramenman in Kinnikuman, the goofy noodle-themed wrestler that became iconic in the series. He also voiced Vrlitwhai Kridanik in The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, playing one of the Zentradi commanders.
He died at 43 from a subarachnoid hemorrhage. After his passing, Ginga Banjou took over the role of Ramenman.
