Alicia is one of Neo-Venezia's Three Water Fairies and the only other undine working at Aria Company besides Akari. She goes by the title "Snow White."
She's best known for her graceful rowing style and was the youngest undine ever to reach Prima rank, achieving it at just 15 years old. When the series starts, she's 19 and easily the most popular undine in the entire city.
Like Akari, Alicia has a laid-back, easygoing personality—though she's also got a mischievous streak and loves to tease people, especially her childhood friend Akira. Her constant giggling and favorite catchphrase "ara ara" drive Akira up the wall. According to Grandma Akino, what makes Alicia such an exceptional undine is her genuine ability to enjoy everything she does.
