Captain Bask Om runs the Titans' military operations and isn't shy about getting his hands dirty. He's best known for taking an extreme approach to controlling the spacefaring population in the aftermath of the One Year War—stuff that makes it clear the Titans learned all the wrong lessons from what happened during Operation Stardust. Under his command, entire colonies have been gassed, and he's not hesitated to fire the Gryps 2, the Titans' colony-destroying laser superweapon, whenever it suited him. He's ordered subordinates to do some genuinely horrific things without much visible guilt about it.
Bask also wasn't above kidnapping Kamille Bidan's parents as leverage to force the AEUG into handing back the Gundam Mark II prototypes they'd stolen from the Titans' Green Noa II base. It's the kind of cold calculation fans often point to as proof of how ruthless he really is.
