Chloe Sevegny runs things as a royal guard captain for S128 and watches over the floating city academy, Mistgun. She's known for being genuinely powerful—as an S-ranked member, she can take down whole groups of Archenars solo, which is pretty impressive for someone her age.
She and Kanata Age go way back to childhood, meeting at age 7, so when she had the chance to bring someone in to instruct E601, she picked him. Freon Flamel wasn't thrilled about that decision, though.

Her staff is distinctive—it's got a flower-like head with a blue pearl sitting at the very top. The thing's no joke in a fight. It can fire off powerful laser beams, but Chloe's also trained enough to use it for close combat if the situation calls for it. She knows how to handle herself either way.
