A married nurse who worked at the hospital where Seishuu was a patient. The kids around town usually call her "Iku-chan."
In the manga, she's the one looking after Kiyoba, the bedridden old woman she calls "grandmother"—though they're not actually related. Ikue has a history with her going back to childhood; she'd always go to Kiyoba whenever she needed help making or fixing her toys.
