A close friend of Seishuu's who handles his calligraphy materials and general upkeep—basically keeps things running. He eventually moves out to the Goto Islands to live with Seishuu and Kousuke.
Back in middle school, he's the one who told Handa that everyone else hated him, which pretty much kicked off Handa's whole spiral into paranoia and social withdrawal that lasted through high school and beyond.
