Ginrou is Kinrou's older brother and serves as one of the village's guards. He's best known for basically becoming Senku's shadow during the scientist's time in the village—hanging around so much that he ended up getting pulled into the whole antibiotics scheme for Ruri. Once Senku got him involved, there was no backing out.
