Azazel Henri is a demon hero of the 13 Crowns and the Security Chief of Demon Border Control. He's best known for his strict, no-nonsense approach to law enforcement in the Demon World—he's the type who doesn't hesitate to question even high-ranking demons like Lord Sullivan when they break the rules, such as when Sullivan illegally traveled to the Human World and kidnapped a human.
Despite his tough exterior, Henri is a devoted father to his daughter Ameri. He raised her with hands-on lessons about catching criminals, explaining early on that lawbreakers come in all varieties—demons and humans alike. But as Ameri grew older, his protective instincts kicked into overdrive. The idea of Ameri and Iruma spending alone time together, especially if romance is involved, leaves him visibly flustered and dizzy. When he got the impression they were already dating, he became genuinely defensive, warning Ameri to stay away from Iruma. (She ignored him, naturally.)
Henri shares one quirk with his daughter: he's got a thing about squishing Iruma's face with his hands, seemingly unable to resist the impulse.
