Bill's best known for creating the Pokémon Storage System and the Time Capsule—two pieces of tech that basically revolutionized how trainers manage their teams. He's obsessed with Pokémon, enough that he (and pretty much everyone else) calls himself a Poké Maniac. His collection is huge, spanning common species all the way up to rare finds. The first Pokémon he ever caught was an Abra, though he's always had a soft spot for Eevee and its whole evolutionary line.
On the anime side, Bill showed up exactly once, in the episode "Mystery at the Lighthouse." Ash, Misty, and Brock tracked him down at his lighthouse setup on Route 25.
