Switch is the brains behind the Sket Dan and handles most of the secretarial work—basically the backbone keeping things organized. He's a total otaku despite insisting otherwise, and somehow he's got dirt on practically everyone at Kaimei High. On the surface he seems like the serious one of the group, but his constant pranks and goofing around tell a different story.
He's obsessed with science and gets into constant arguments with Yuuki Reiko, who's into occult stuff. The most striking thing about Switch is that he communicates entirely through a computer, which almost certainly stems from some kind of psychological trauma, though he doesn't really talk about it.
