True Name: Hippolyta (ヒッポリュテー)
Hippolyta was an Amazon queen and the daughter of Ares and Otrera, a priestess of Artemis. She's best known as the figure Heracles killed during his quest to claim her magical sash—a legendary theft that became one of his Twelve Labors.
Beyond that infamous encounter, she served as queen of the Amazons and was the older sister to Penthesilea and numerous other Amazons, making her a central figure in Amazon lineage and leadership.
