Shion
Shion, formerly known as Yamada Asaemon Shion, is a former 4th rank Asaemon of the Yamada clan and a major supporting character in Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku.
When the shogun launched an expedition to the mysterious island of Shinsenkyō to retrieve the legendary Elixir of Life, offering pardons to death row convicts willing to participate, Shion signed on as one of the Yamada Asaemon monitors. His job was straightforward: keep tabs on the criminal Akaginu throughout the dangerous mission.
