A totalitarian ruler of Aiga with an obsessive hatred of Inverts. He's convinced they're "Sinners who will be swallowed by the Sky"—basically, his justification for persecution. He uses his position to indoctrinate students into believing that upright Aigans are the "True race," while personally hunting down anyone he suspects of being Inverted. His ideology drives most of what he does, and he's pretty uncompromising about it.
