Ryuuya is a low-ranking samurai tasked with protecting Kanna. Despite his modest status, he's genuinely skilled at what he does. The two hit it off quickly, and their relationship deepened into love. Things took a dark turn when Kanna created a distraction to help Ryuuya and Uraha escape—Buddhist monks punished this act by cursing her to an endless cycle of reincarnation, trapped in perpetual suffering and death.
