Arata Shimozuru is a striker and the main forward for Mikage Sennou. He's probably best known for his showdown against Gouenji, where he managed to shut down the Fire Tornado—though it took a real toll on him. Despite the brutal match, he said afterward that both teams had a good time playing each other, which says something about his character.
He showed up again during the FFI arc, this time representing Neo Japan. By that point his arsenal had expanded—he went from using Fire Tornado and Patriot Shoot early on to pulling out Gungrir V2 later.
