Sasha is a character from Toaru Majutsu no Index, working as an operative for Annihilatus, a Russian Orthodox Church division that hunts down spirits that shouldn't exist. She technically shows up during the Angel Fall Arc early on, though her actual proper introduction comes much later in the series.
She's instantly recognizable by her striking red hood and cape ensemble—the cape conceals her long curly blonde hair—paired with matching pointy red shoes. Leather belts crisscross her torso and limbs, with metal braces adorning her ankles, wrists, and waist. That waist brace doubles as a carry-all for her collection of weird weapons.
