Ox is a top student at Shibusen academically and serves as Harvar's meister. His name references Oxford University. He's best known for calling himself the "Skilled General Lightning King"—a self-given title that irritates Black Star, who points out the contradiction of mixing "King" and "General" together.
He's had a long-standing crush on Kim that she didn't return for most of the series. Things shifted when he made a genuine rescue attempt during Arachnophobia's conflict; seeing his sincere devotion apparently got through to her, and she started developing real feelings for him in turn.
