Misumi Tozawa
Misumi was a student at Aeterna Girls' Academy alongside Asuna Yuuki, and the two became close friends. She was part of the original beta testing group for Sword Art Online—one of only 1,000 testers—and enthusiastically convinced Asuna to join her when the game launched publicly.
When SAO went live on November 6, 2022, Misumi was among the 10,000 players who found themselves trapped in the game. She and Asuna ended up teaming together for a while after the situation became clear.
