Kukuri serves on Ashinaka High School's Student Council and is generally known for being friendly and genuinely kind to those around her.
She's got a pretty obvious crush on her classmate Yashiro. One time she noticed he had no vegetables in his lunch and decided to share hers with him—she literally ran across the entire school campus trying to catch him before eventually giving up. Beyond the typical crush stuff, though, Kukuri claims that Yashiro seems to fade away or become less noticeable when she's not actively looking at him, which suggests she might perceive something about him that others don't quite catch.
When Neko and Kuroh transfer to Ashinaka, Kukuri quickly befriends both of them, mostly because they're close to Yashiro. She and Kuroh get along particularly well, apparently from having crossed paths before.
