Amano's son and a rakugo critic—basically everything Yotarou can't stand in one person. He doesn't show up much until the third arc, where he finally gets real screen time to write about Yotarou's original rakugo piece. Before that, he's just a minor presence: brief cameos early on and a childhood appearance in the second arc that doesn't amount to much.
