Spector runs the Tropical Hotel, though he's pretty much a nervous wreck about it. The guy's constantly shaking—it's basically his default state. He's absolutely terrified of Bellamy and his crew, so much so that he won't let anyone stay at the hotel while they're around. His fear pretty much paralyzes the business whenever Bellamy shows up.
