Hajime's the reliable backbone of Ra✽bits—he picks up part-time work around school to help support the unit, tackling everything from laundry to whatever odd jobs come up. He's also the one who takes care of the flowers daily and usually ends up preparing drinks for the tea club without being asked. It's just what he does.
Socially, he's a bit awkward. He struggles with eye contact when meeting people for the first time, and his anxiety is real enough that he carries a lavender pouch around as a comfort charm.
