Fuuko's a first-year at Tomoya's school, technically the same age as him, though you'd never know it from how she keeps to herself. She spends most of her time carving starfish out of wood with a pocket knife—little gifts she's making for her sister's wedding. The thing about Fuuko is that whenever she spots something cute, she's completely gone, totally zoned out from the world. Tomoya being Tomoya, he's naturally taken full advantage of this weakness to mess with her relentlessly.
