A P.E. teacher at Domino High School who made the mistake of harassing Bakura Ryou on his first day. He got hit with a Penalty Game for his trouble and ended up as Villager D, basically a nobody character in a Monster World campaign.
In the anime, this whole thing got retconned—when Bakura showed up as a new student during the Duelist Kingdom arc flashback, there was no teacher harassment arc at all.
