Yuki is best known for accidentally setting off the legendary hundred-year duel between the giant warriors Dorry and Brogy. She was a ranch girl living on the remote island where the giants made their home, and one day she made a casual bet with them over which of two massive Sea Kings they'd caught was bigger. That simple wager spiraled into an actual fight—and the two giants have been at it ever since, long after forgetting what they were even fighting about in the first place.
She shows up only briefly in a flashback near the end of the Little Garden Arc, set over a century in the past around 1422 AOS. Given that this happened 102 years ago, she's almost certainly dead by now. Not much else is known about her life after that fateful day.
