Vice-Admiral Dalmatian is one of the Marine officers who showed up to fight at Marineford. Best known for his distinctive appearance, he's a Zoan Devil Fruit user who transforms into a dalmatian—though his hybrid form is pretty unusual compared to other users. Instead of going full animal, he keeps the lower half of his face, neck, and torso human while his head (from the nose up), arms, legs, and tail all become that of a spotted dalmatian. The contrast is striking: a muscular dog head with a blond-white beard on an oddly human chin.
He dresses like most high-ranking Marines—a dark green suit under a Marine jacket worn like a cape, with a light red shirt and darker red tie. His fighting style combines his Zoan powers with Rokushiki martial arts, giving him a serious physical edge in combat.
Interestingly, he's never actually been shown in either his full human or full animal form, only in that strange hybrid state.
