Shadi is a ghost who guards the tomb where the seven Millennium Items were originally kept. He's the reincarnation of one of the Pharaoh's priests from 3,000 years ago, though Bakura killed him at least five years before the main events of the series, which is why he only appears as a spirit. He carries two of the Items himself: the Millennium Scales and the Millennium Ankh.
