He's an exchange student from Senegal who stands over two meters tall—basically a giant compared to everyone else on the court. That height is a huge asset when it comes to defense; blocking opponents is pretty much automatic for him. The downside is he's still getting the hang of Japanese, so communication can be a bit rough around the edges.
