The baby of the family who idolizes his older brothers—Tenka especially, who basically acts as both brother and parent rolled into one. Chuutarou's got a pretty gentle personality; he's not much of a fighter and cries easily, which fits his naive streak. But he's actually useful in other ways: he's got a real talent for tracking down suspects on the run, setting traps, and handling explosives. Gerokichi is basically always with him.
One of his quirks is dropping "ssu" at the end of sentences.
