Maki Zenin is a second-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and comes from the Main Family of the Zenin clan, one of the "Big Three" sorcerer families. What makes her unusual—and honestly, pretty interesting—is that she's cursed with a Heavenly Restriction that leaves her with almost no cursed energy at all. She's basically on par with a normal person in that regard, which would be a massive handicap for a jujutsu sorcerer.
But here's the catch: as compensation for that limitation, she got superhuman physical abilities instead. So while other sorcerers are slinging cursed techniques around, Maki makes up for it through raw strength, speed, and athleticism that far exceed normal human limits. It's a trade-off that actually works surprisingly well for her fighting style.
